📏 How do I send my measurements?

After placing your order, our team will send you a measurement guide or schedule a virtual fitting session to ensure a perfect fit.

🔁 Can I return or exchange an item?

Since our designs are custom-made, returns are accepted only for items with manufacturing defects.
Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order if there’s an issue.

💬 How long does it take to complete an order?

Our standard production time is 2–4 weeks, depending on design complexity.
Rush orders may attract an additional fee.

🎨 Can you replicate a design I found online?

We can take inspiration from your reference photo but will recreate it in DozxiverseDimensionsCo’s unique signature style — elegant, bold, and culturally expressive.
